Planning: Template for permission to record in Clubs

One of our ideas for this music video was to record in a club and to do this we would need to ask for permission so I have come up with this template to send to clubs asking for their permission

Hi there

I am writing to you to enquire about the possibility of filming a remake of a music video in your club for my A2 media studies practical coursework. I am currently a student at City and Islington College and I feel that your club would be ideal for the look that we are trying to portray.

Obviously as a student, an offering of money would not be possible but we would be very grateful, as you would be directly helping us out with our education and our progression to university.
